BEFORE THE WEDDING

  • Assistance finding the perfect location to host your event. While there are many locations that we have experience with, we are willing to travel. Additional costs may be added for trips 3+ hours from downtown Bellevue, Washington.
  • Communication and coordination of all vendors.
  • Budgeting and tracking of all expenses, making sure to maximize savings.
  • Design and vision consultation.
  • Personalized “mood board” to reflect your wedding vision.
  • Create and execute a timeline of events for the wedding day.
  • Unlimited email communication during business hours.
  • (4) scheduled in-person (or via Zoom) meetings to review all plans, expectations, and excitement!

DAY OF THE WEDDING

  • Typically, be the first person to arrive on your wedding day as the “point person” for all vendors.
  • Oversight and direction for all vendors, including set up tables, chairs, linens, and decorations.
  • Execution of event layout and timeline.
  • Finalize event details and set out last-minute décor items as needed.
  • Assistance with bridal party florals, bride bouquets, and pinning boutonnieres.
  • Coordinated the wedding procession with family and bridal party – I am also available to your bridal party anytime if they need assistance. I will also have an “emergency kit” at our full disposal.
  • Address and resolve any hiccups that may occur during your event.
  • Gather wedding gifts and marriage licenses and put them away for safekeeping.
  • Handle all final payments to and from vendors as needed.
  • Prep and guide cleanup crew for tear down of the event.

Day of Coordination

Pre-wedding

  • Create and execute a timeline of events for the wedding day.
  • Communicate and coordinate all vendors previously selected by the client.
  • Unlimited phone and email communication 30+ days from your event.
  • Scheduled in-person (or via Zoom) meetings to review all plans, expectations, and excitement! Typically four weeks before the date of your event.

Day of the Wedding

  • Be the first person to arrive on your wedding day as the “point person” for all vendors.

  • Execution of event layout and timeline.
  • Assistance with bridal party florals, bride bouquets, and pinning boutonnieres.

  • Transition guests and bridal party between wedding day events: ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc.

  • Prep and guide the cleanup crew for the tear down of the event.
