Empress Estate Wedding is a beautiful place where Alyssa and Jake tied the knot. Jake met Alyssa in college nine years ago. They were both placed in the same dorm at Caltech. They became close friends after Jake took Alyssa and some friends to Disney. Their first date was seeing a play called Arcadia in Pasadena. They got engaged during a vacation in Spokane, where Jake proposed at an overlook in a park.
They love playing music together, watching horror movies, and trying new restaurants. Some favorite films include The Shawshank Redemption, 12 Angry Men, and Pan’s Labyrinth. They enjoy a wide range of music genres.
As a couple, they are artsy, musical, spontaneous, and food. They have a cat named Francois and a dog named Bao.
They are passionate about social justice, giving back to our communities, and creating art. On their wedding day, they are most excited about dancing with friends.
