How to watch on your Smart TV?
1. Search & Install VidFlow TV App
- Open the App Store or Content Store on your Smart TV or streaming device
- Search for ‘vidflow‘ in the store
- Install the VidFlow app to your TV
View the All Compatible TVs & Streaming Devices.
2. Launch the VidFlow TV App
- Once installed, launch the VidFlow TV app.
- The app will display a 6-Digit Code on the screen.
3. Link your Video Gallery to TV
On your phone or computer, open the video gallery you received, and tap the TV button on the top right. On mobile devices, the TV button is available in top-right menu.
This will open the ‘ Watch on TV’ window.
Next, enter the 6-digit Code displayed on the TV screen here, and click ‘Add to TV’:
Within 30 seconds, your video gallery will appear on your TV.
This is a one-time process; you can access your videos on your TV via the VidFlow app anytime.
How to install mobile gallery apps?
1. Installing on iPhone or iPad
- Open the Safari browser
- Go to the gallery link
- Tap the share button within your browser
- In the Share Menu > Add to Home Screen > Add
- Your Gallery App will be added to your home screen.
2. Installing on Android
- Open the Chrome browser
- Go to the gallery link
- Tap the menu icon, which is three dots in the top right corner
- Tap Add to home screen
- Choose a name for the website shortcut.
- Chrome will add the shortcut to your home screen.
How to download videos?
You can download both the high-res versions and the web-sized versions. High-res versions available for 1 year, while web-sized versions are available for the entire access period.
1. Desktop Devices
Open the gallery on your computer and click on the Downloads button in the top right corner.
The dialog with download options is displayed.
On clicking the Download button, two options pop up.
Original – High-Res file for offline backup
Mobile-Friendly – Compressed version with smaller file-size
Make the selection, and the Video gets saved to the Downloads folder (or another specified folder) on your device.
2. Mobile Devices
- On your video gallery, click on the ‘Downloads’ (Cloud icon) button.
- Choose the ‘Mobile-Friendly’ option.
- The ‘Original’ download option is better suited for desktop devices.
